Order Processing

Due to high order volume, current processing times are 5–7 business days. We are working diligently to prepare your shipment and appreciate your patience. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. A second email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Transit Times

- Standard (Ground): $10.50 (Free on orders of $50.00 or more)

- Express: $24.99

- Overnight: $35.00 (Note: Not all items are eligible for overnight shipping)

All orders are processed from Spokane, WA. Please note that orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will require one additional transit day. Drop shipping orders may take up to 21 days for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following destinations:

- Alaska and Hawaii

- International locations

- U.S. Territories

- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please be advised that while we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather.
